1. Booking & Payment

All bookings at Casa La Maria Zona Colonial are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon full payment. We accept Stripe-processed credit/debit cards. By completing a booking you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Cancellation Policy — Non-Refundable

Unfortunately, all bookings are strictly non-refundable. Once payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to: change of plans, illness, travel disruptions, or natural events outside our control.

In exceptional circumstances (verified natural disaster, government-mandated travel ban), we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit toward a future stay. This is not guaranteed and must be requested within 48 hours of the original check-in date.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: before 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.

4. House Rules

• No parties or events of any kind.
• Strictly no smoking inside the apartment.
• No pets allowed.
• Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Maximum occupancy as stated in the booking must not be exceeded.

5. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of $100 USD is required at check-in. The deposit will be released within 48 hours after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in the same condition as received, with no damage beyond normal wear and tear.

6. Guest Liability

Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused to the apartment, its furnishings, or common areas during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest's payment method on file.

7. Privacy & Data

Personal data collected during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of managing your reservation. We do not store card data — all payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
